Time to make this blog useful. Since I arrived to UK I am having trouble waking up in the morning. In the end I loose half of a day for nothing, and then look out of a window and all my motivation for going out of the house vanishes into nothing.
Suggest some techniques/tips for waking up early! (or going to bed earlier).
get some job m8
ReplyDeleteClose the curtains ;)
ReplyDeletei don't have any...
ReplyDeleteEr, what I do to motivate myself to wake up is make something I want to do in the morning or I put my alarm on the opposite side of my room
ReplyDeleteKeep as much light to the windows. No blocking of the sun. Smartphone alarm clocks work well. Having roomate/family member wake you up is what I do.
ReplyDeleteTake valerian before sleep.
ReplyDeleteHave a SUPER week, Roman !
ReplyDeleteConnect your alarm to your stereo. That ALWAYS works. I know this, because it's something my neighbor downstairs does every single day, waking up the entire block, too.
ReplyDeleteGood luck. And as for the depressing weather that the UK is (in)famous for, well, maybe a regular visit to a solarium would do the trick to feel more upbeat or get your own tanning bed. I once bought an actual palm tree and put it in my room...

ReplyDeletevery good blog, supported!
